Definitely did a stupid and forgot to weigh in yesterday, i wasnt hiding from you, o great interwebs!

so i remembered today anyhow, and here theyy are..

last week: 194

this week: 191      -3pounds! hit the minigoal!

Goal: 140, lose 51 pounds

minigoal: 2pounds, 189

hopefully next week i will break into the 80’s! im praying i will stay there when i do….eep! lets hope…

the Dreaded weigh in…

I’ve been pretty bad this week. I hunted out my biscuits, and ate loads at a staff party on Saturday, not generally a good thing. so i knew i was going to gain this week despite going to the gym.  but hey ho. its a new week…
