finally lost something. which is good. I have a feeling I’ll need to really try this week to lose some more. time to get Mr Motivation out of hiding… he ran away when ii was meant to go to they gym last week…. which didn’t happen. again. I AM GOING TODAY. i will i will i will.

  1. Keep it up. Don’t give up. It gets easier the longer you get into a habbit. My hunger pains slowed about after 2 weeks. I like food. I noticed once I started eating correctly I haven’t “craved” as much. That being said, boy, do I want a whole pizza to me self.
