apologies for this being a bit late today, I did weigh myself this morning, however had a busy day so was unable to update le blog until now. put on… fabulous..to hit target i need to loose 4-6 pounds by next week, which unless I stop eating will probably be impossible. For the record, I enjoy food far too much to stop eating. incase you were wondering..

hoping to get to the gym a little more this week, however doing this around day work, night work,  uni work and rehearsals may be difficult. I need to sleep sometime too. going to strive to not eat unhealthy things this week, no more sugary/fatty foods at work to keep energy up. In theory…

I’m glad I lost some, however thinking about my next two goals puts me a little on edge…if I’m going to make those I have to lose 2-3 pounds a week every week. it is possible, if I really commit to doing it. And blast it at the  gym. Eep. my incentive for doing this is my holiday, I’m hoping thinking about wearing a swimsuit will inspire me to do more.

I know I missed weigh in last week, I’ve been working loads and sleep is more important during the week…but hey ho, back to it this week 🙂

yeah  so I’m right back where I started. all over again. but I’ve been eating badly which is why. and i know that, but I still end up doing it!! its very frustrating.

also, I did weigh in on monday, but I didn’t blog about it because I had work…ran out of time

weird thing is, even though I’ve been putting weight back on, people have been adamant that i  look thinner. which I dont think is possible when compared to the evidence of WEIGHT GAIN. and I know for sure it isn’t muscle, because I haven’t been to the gym in ages…I don’t understaaandddddd.

this weeks aim-eat more fruit instead of unhealthy snacks….

mid-week update

Not a good week, eaten lots of ‘bad’ foods that I shouldn’t have.

A pretty big part of me really doesn’t care at the moment.

But there’s still the part of me that is horrified by what I’ve been eating and what will happen when I weigh in on Monday.

Should be interesting to see what part wins this weekend. Usually on weekends it’s the uncaring part…

Hoping to go to the gym tomorrow…We shall have to wait and see if that happens though…

I had a feeling I would have put on this week. I’m just grateful it wasn’t more. I used a different set of scales this week because I’m at home, so what I may do is weigh in again  in the middle of the week to double check what i am. but I’ll keep you posted.

plan for this week: stop eating so much crap-be more disciplined! and get some exercise in somewhere. I was going to treadmill it up while at home, but I have a  sore ankle from when I slipped awkwardly on Friday. Its healing, but need to be careful. I’m also hoping too blog a little more often. once a week for weigh-in doesn’t seem enough…
