put on a pound, however that could be down to weighing myself after breakfast instead of before. but for arguments sake lets just say I put on. which is entirely possible after munching on a whole box of ritz crackers one evening. hey ho. now that uni is done for the next 4 months I’m planning on being able to get to the gym at least once a week. which should boost some weight loss. instead of being stuck dancing around the 200 mark.

I’m not overly surprised that I have put weight on, the upside is that I’m still 2 pounds off my start weight… which as it’s been 5 months is actually horrific. I need to get my bum in gear and get shedding the pounds. . .

also, new targets are in order. at a rate of 2 pounds a week.

Once all of my uni work is done for the summer (28th may) I can organise a routine to incorporate gym sessions as a regular thing. this should boost my weight loss.

Pulling head out of the sand…

Haven’t blogged for a little while… I’ve been pretty lazy, and this past week especially i’ve been eating unbelievably badly…. Big ashamed face.

I’m still obese, and have probably put on loads of weight through eating out and eating very baaaad things. honestly, a little worried about getting back on the scales. We shall have to see how that goes. it’s more than likelyy I’m going to have to re-adjust my targets.

on a slightly better note, i’ve joined an online fitness thing, it counts calories andother nutritional info as well as put you in touch with people who are also trying to lose weight or get fitter.


I joined it today, so far i really like it 🙂 thank you miss Strawberrypip for putting me onto that 🙂

to try to kick-start my weight loss – instead of just yo-yoing up and down- im going to try to stick to the food diary (there’s an app for it!) and this should hopefully show me what I’m actually eating…

also, the best part, it’s free 🙂

I’m rather shocked that I lost 4 pounds. I must be doing something right…to hit my may goal I need to lose 6 pounds over the next two weeks. 3 pounds per week. sounds more do-able now I’ve lost 4 pounds this week. although I have a tendency to yo-yo with my weight so we shall see how that goes… I just need to be strict with myself, which I have been this week. mostly…

hoping to get to the gym this week because I’m working less, however uni stuff has to come first. after the 14th I should be better at keeping with going to the gym. In theory.
