this is a joke…maintained for the third week in a row.

Ok, portion sizes must be too big. reduce those this week! and cut down on bread/pasta/crackers. and cheese. that is the plan.

Haven’t been running much this week as I’ve been busy with work and uni, hoping to get back into it this week… eeeep. bad weather is bound to happen now I’ve said that. I need to MAN UP.

lets cross our fingers that this week sees a loss….
