WE HAVE MOVEMENT! Finally, my weight has changed. its possible that its just a fluke, but I’d rather think that I’m losing weight than my scales are messing up!
jeez. everyone keeps saying ‘with all the walking and running the weight should be dropping off you’ well, it isn’t. I wish it was!
I’m starting a food diary this week, this way I can see exactly how much I’m eating and then change the amount to hopefully boost some weight loss. as well as cut out any crap food that may be sneaking in!
I got myself a pedometer yesterday, I’m going to record my steps too 🙂
