I hate me. it’s proving difficult to lose any weight. I’ve been swimming twice and ran once this week, and still I put on.

This is getting ridiculous.

I have been on Weight Watchers for almost 6 months now & for me it really does work, I’m down 51.4 pounds! You can do it, just keep your eye on the prize 🙂

  2. The beginning can be rough but it is worth it. Remember, a healthy lifestyle is a lifelong choice not a journey with a beginning and an end.
