Mini workout

I did an at home version of my workout that was scheduled for today. Here’s what I did:

Deadlift
1 x 8 5kg
1 x 8 10kg
1 x 8 15kg

Barbell row
2 x 8 15kg

Bicep curl
1 x 10 5kg each arm

Not as inyense as a gym workout woukd have been, but I’m still smarting fron the pulled muscles on Monday!
