I have struggled with living a healthy lifestyle for a long time. I binge eat a lot, and despite having tried, I haven’t made much progress.

However, this needs to change. I want to be fit and healthy; and happy with myself.

  1. This is my 1st semester in school and now I eat even worse than I did before I started =( I hope to reach my goals too!! we shall see its only the 100th time ive said that =) Good luck!
