Before: Managed to lose 7 pounds before going away which is, of course, good news.
During: Ate like a pig, swam a lot
After: Discovered I put back on 5 pounds while away, which jumped me up to 219, then put on a further 2 pounds, but am now back to 218. (This jump up and down is due to a scales malfunction I believe, I think my trusty scales are not long for this world. Also my family scales tell me I’m lighter 😉 making me more inclined to use those instead!)
I am now hovering around 218.
Restarted the 30 Day shred, missed yesterday (day 3) but going to do it twice today to make up for it. I have a tracker up on the wall, and my sister is doing this with me, so we can support each other and stay motivated!
Graduation (in 10 weeks): lose 24 pounds (193 pounds) 2.4 pounds per week.
Complete 30 day shred and venture outdoors to start running again!

I keep fluctuating between 214 and 215, however I think the 215 today is due to having a BBQ at the weekend!

I haven’t been doing the 30 day shred consecutively, however I am still doing it. No matter how tired I am thanks to my new personal trainer.
Just completed my day 3, and I am glad I did it today despite being tired.
Only a week until my holiday, and I have 8 pounds to lose still. It’s possible, but I’m not sure I’ll be able to make it!
I need to be stricter with my food choices, I’m fine when at home, it’s just when I venture out into the big bad world! Keeping a food diary will help, because I will think about having to write up that I ate unhealthily before eating it.
My last weigh in post was on May 20th! Naughty me!
I didn’t want to post because I had put on weight and it was getting boring to post the same thing over and over.
“Put on weight again. Maintaining again. Ate badly this week. Put on weight again.” And so on.
So I put on weight up to about…221 pounds I believe. Now I have dropped back down to 215 pounds again (yay) and I plan to continue dropping!
I’ve been doing a lot of walking recently, and I plan on keeping that up! And I have been eating 3 regular meals a day, and not pigging out! I’ve also restarted the 30 Day Shred which I haven’t been able to do since February due to an injury.
I have 12 days until I go on holiday. The original plan was to lose 14 pounds by the time I go. If I work hard this may still be possible, of the 14 I have already lost 6, so 8 more and I will have hit that target still!

I missed a day yesterday because I was shattered when I got in after working on a show. A bit annoyed at myself for not doing it.
made a last minute decision to start level 2 today instead of tomorrow, it’s more intense and I couldn’t do some of the moves because my arms already felt like jelly without going back into another plank position.
Hopefully I’ll be better at it tomorrow.
I almost didn’t do my workout today. I’ve been working in a theatre all day and evening so have been on my feet for most of the time, and am quite tired. However, because I was naughty with my food today (really bad – chips and biscuits) I thought I can’t really get away with not dong it, and I also didn’t want to miss a day. Having said that, I didn’t work as hard as I would normally because of having sore feet blah blah.
I’m glad I did do it, at least I’ll sleep soundly tonight!
I’m happy to say that I did not ache as much this morning! wooo!
Did the workout today, even though i had barley any time to! I’m glad I did though 🙂
I was quite bad and ate out at a Harvesters today. I did have a jacket potato instead of chips, and a lower calorie option than what I would usually have. I also didn’t finish my main because I was too full. But was super naughty and had a dessert!
Keeping up with my workouts though, sooo hopefully a little naughtiness isn’t too bad. as long as for the rest of this week and next week I’m super good.
