3 year Blogiversary!

Holy Moley, 3 years ago on Monday 20th I started this blog.

That has flown by! Yay!

Check this ouuuuut! 100 followers! Wow. Thank you to you all! How exciting!

I guess now I have all the more people to disappoint when I fall off the wagon…Pressure…This is a good thing

Thanks to all those who are following my blog, I appreciate all of you!

Weigh in

Last weeks weight: 213 pounds

Current weight: 211 pounds

Goal for next week: 209

No idea how I managed that! But lets do it again for next week! So far so good with my 18 week plan.

Not really any changes with measurements, but that will happen when I lose more.

Wanted to go swimming this week, but I’ve come down with a bug that’s been going round. swimming always makes me even more ill if I’m a little ill. I’ll have to stick with my squats and walking everywhere-and sort out my diet!

30DS: Day 3

This morning I was very achy, especially my quads and calves. walking to and form work helped to stretch it out a bit, but i still felt very stiff and sore.

Did the workout still, and it was hard. particularly the strength sections. the cardio wasn’t as hard on my calves as it was yesterday, don’t know if that’s because I’m getting fitter or because I didn’t work as hard! i think the latter is more likely. I felt like I was working hard though, sweat pouring everywhere!

I’m hoping I wont ache as much tomorrow!

Other blog!

My blog has been alive for a year yesterday.

That’s an achievement to me because I don’t stick to anything very well, usually I give up or get bored, or, become too busy to be able to fit it in!

To celebrate, I was going to sign up to a 5K run at the end of November.¬†Unfortunately, I’m unable to do the run because I have work. But that’s okay, I’m still going to aim for a 5K run by the end of November. I’ve been lightly stepping around my running, and not doing it regularly enough. It’s taken about 4 weeks to do weeks 1 and 2 of the podcast. I should be on week 4!

Time to pull myself outside and Get On With It.
