Weigh in

Last time I weighed in I was 211 pounds. since then I put on 4 pounds, right up to 215, and lost a pound a week for the last 2 weeks.

Current weight: 213 pounds

Long Term Goal: 130 pounds

Short term goal: 210 pounds

Still going with the 30 day squat challenge, day 12 for me today – rest day. I have a huge deadline for the end of this week, so it’s unlikely I’ll be doing extra working out around that – other than walking to work/rehearsals/whatnot.

My wall chart has almost run out of weeks, I’ll have to make a new one soon enough! I think this time I’ll make it on an A4 sheet, and only have 20 or so pounds on there, then if I get close to the bottom I can make another sheet. Probably be easier than making another giant one!

Still logging food on my fitness pal, even if I’ve been eating badly.

Really want to shift this weight!

30 Day shred: Day 1

The DVD didn’t arrive, but level 1 is on Youtube so I figured I’d do it from there until my DVD arrives!

The reviewers weren’t kidding when they said it was hard!

Definitely felt the burn, and I’m certain I’m going to ache tomorrow! It’s an intense circuit non-stop workout for 20 mins (excluding warm up & down). I want to do this every day and I’ve taken measurements and pics to measure my progress. I’m worried about doing it again tomorrow with achey muscles…I guess the answer is to just power through… but it’s going to hurt!!!

I’m determined to stick to this.

 

I am also using MyFitnessPal again as a way to keep track of how many calories I’m consuming. I’ll also be logging exercise on there so feel free to add me if you also use it! BexiBlueberry is my username ūüôā

lost a pound. again I am dancing around 200. stillllll!! something’s gotta give. this week i’m going to be more active, by walking to work instead of getting the bus. and TRY to get a gym trip in. I am so wasting my money otherwise.

put on a pound, however that could be down to weighing myself after breakfast instead of before. but for arguments sake lets just say I put on. which is entirely possible after munching on a whole box of ritz crackers one evening. hey ho. now that uni is done for the next 4 months I’m planning on being able to get to the gym at least once a week. which should boost some weight loss. instead of being stuck dancing around the 200 mark.

I’m not overly¬†surprised¬†that I have put weight on, the upside is that I’m still 2 pounds off my start weight… which as it’s been 5 months is actually¬†horrific. I need to get my bum in gear and get shedding the pounds. . .

also, new targets are in order. at a rate of 2 pounds a week.

Once all of my uni work is done for the summer (28th may) I can organise a routine to incorporate gym sessions as a regular thing. this should boost my weight loss.
