I forgot to post. Well, I didn’t forget, it was just difficult to blog without the internet in the flat…plus I’ve been work-busy-sleep-work-ing.
Okay, to catch up –
Week 13: 16st 9.5lb (233.5 pounds)
Week 14: Missed SW (oops, slept through my alarm) but I weighed at home: 16st 11lb (235 pounds)
Week 15: 16st 9lb (233 pounds)
Loss to Date: 2.5 pounds
To Lose for 6 week Goal: 13 pounds (By 10.10.15)
Annndd there it is. Not particularly looking forward to weigh in this Saturday, but I’ll try to keep my hopes up about it, and not eat biscuits at work!!!! (at least, don’t eat them so that I go over my syn count)
Goal for Next Weigh In: 16st 8lb (232 pounds)
This was a bad week. I didn’t follow the plan, and it definitely shows!
Last Weeks Weigh In: 15st 12lb (222 pounds)
Week 5 Weigh in: 16st 2.5lb (226.5 pounds)
Weight Loss To Date: 9.5 pounds
Definitely let it go this week, and it shows with a 4.5 pound gain! So crap. I can only blame myself…I knew I wasn’t eating well.
I am back on the proverbial wagon this week, it’s going well so far…I’m really eager to get the weigh I put back on off again, so I’m aiming for a high loss this week.
To Lose for Club 10: 15 pounds
To Lose for Ultimate Goal: 93.5 pounds
Goal for Next Week: 5 pounds
Week 4. These 4 weeks have flown by! My gosh.
Here’s my weigh in…
Last Weeks Weigh In: 16st 0lb (224 pounds)
Week 4 Weigh In: 15st 12lb (222 pounds)
Weight Loss to Date: 13.5 pounds
Last week I set a goal of 3 pounds, I got 2 pounds which is great – but I am half a pound away from getting my 1 stone award! How annoying! I took my measurements when I started, and I took them again yesterday – 4 weeks apart. Here are the differences after 1 month:
Bust: -1.5 inches
Waist: -1.5 inches
Hips: -2 inches
Lower hips (Bottom!): -1 inches
Arm: -0.5 inches
That’s 6.5 inches lost all together! To top that off, I wore a pair of shorts today that when I bought them 6 weeks ago were a struggle to button up…Seeing and feeling results like that makes me feel happier and more motivated to continue. Up until the past couple of days I didn’t really see any difference in myself.
Food-wise I was pretty bad over the weekend and at the beginning of the week, then I behaved myself and stayed within my syns the past couple of days. I do feel like the weekend is going to catch up with me and affect my weight loss next week, but we shall see…
To Lose for Club 10: 10.5 pounds
To Lose for Ultimate Goal: 89 pounds
Goal for Next Week: 2 pounds
Another week has flown by! This week was harder. I found it much harder to resist foods and ended up going over my ‘syns’ on 3 days this week. Oops. I also did a couple of ‘SP’ days (speed/protein foods) to try and boost my weight loss and make up for the over-syn days.
Well, without further preamble, my weigh in:
Last Weeks Weigh In: 16st 4lb (228 pounds)
Week 2 Weigh In: 16st 0.5lb (224.5 pounds)
Loss to Date: 11 pounds
11 pounds in 2 weeks…I still feel a bit like this is all temporary and will suddenly pile back on again. I think I’m just worrying about putting the weight back on again, only time will show me I can keep it off, I suppose.
To Lose for Club 10: 13 pounds
To Lose for Ultimate Goal: 91.5 pounds
I’m not feeling a difference in myself with what I’ve lost so far, my clothes still feel the same and I don’t think I’m any smaller. I have no idea where the weight is coming off from!
As you all know, I started Slimming World a week ago. The plan is easy to follow, though I struggle with it when there are trigger foods around! I’m not going hungry, which is great. Planing food ahead is really important, and something that I’m having to spend a lot of time thinking about.
First Week Weigh in
Start Weight: 16st 11.5lb (235.5 pounds)
Week 1 Weigh in: 16st 4lb (228 pounds)
Loss to date: 7.5 pounds
7.5 pounds in 1 week. I knew it would be a big loss in the first week but that’s still a lot! I received my first 1/2 stone sticker and certificate which was kind of embarrassing but gratifying at the same time. I know next week’s loss won’t be as much, which makes me feel a bit sad – it would be amazing to lose half a stone every week! I’m aiming for a 3 pound loss for next week. Which is good as yesterday I overindulged on the wine…
It’s the last week of March, how exciting. And scary. It’s only just over 4 weeks until we’re going up to Scotland to climb Ben Nevis!! Eeep! Need to get walking…
Anyway, weigh in!
Last Week: 226.6 pounds (re-weigh weight)
Today: 224.4 pounds
To Reach Goal 1: 14.9 pounds
Lost 2.2 pounds this week! I’m pleased with that. My goal for this week was 224 pounds, which I’m happy to say I accomplished. 224 is the lowest weight so far this year – it was my pre-Christmas weight last year.
The goal 1 weigh in is this Sunday, and there’s no way I’m going to loose a stone in 4 days. So, obviously, I’m not going to be hitting that goal. I may need to re-adjust my goals for the rest of the year…or, I could work harder to lose what I didn’t lose in this quarter of the year and play catch-up. I haven’t decided yet…
My eating has been better this week, I actually planned out lunches and dinners this week and have been making wraps to bring into work for lunch. This has hugely helped because I know what I’m eating when, and the wraps and dinners I’ve been making (from a clean eating recipe book) are really tasty.
Goals for next week
Weight: 222 pounds
Exercise: Get outside and walk. A lot.
Another week has absolutely flown by. It’s March! we are 3 months into the new year!! whaaaaat?!?
In other news, I’ve had the flu and subsequently some comfort food was chosen over healthy food. I’m at the tail-end of it now, and I’m feeling better after having eaten some real actual vegetables and whatnot.
Last Week: 229.8 pounds
Today: 229.8 pounds
To lose for goal 1: 20.3 pounds
Well, I was expecting to gain so a maintain is much better. A large loss was needed but yet again I didn’t manage that! This much be so boring to read. It’s boring for me to weigh in and waver around the same numbers all the time. Loss next week or else I’ll have to do something drastic…I don’t know what yet.
Training for Ben Nevis has been at a stand still because of the flu (flu + asthma = issues breathing). It will be good for me to get into a routine and be more active, I’ll see more improvements in both my fitness and my weight. It will be a good thing. It will. Even if the thought of Ben Nevis is freaking me out…
Next Week’s goal: 225 pounds
Happy first Wednesday in March!
