I neglected to post last week, so this week we have a 2 in 1. Good times.
So, here we go…
Week 23: 17st 6lb (244 pounds)
Week 24: 17st 3lb (241 pounds)
Week 25: 17st 4.5lb (242.5 pounds)
Hmm…kind of good. The good outweighs the bad over the last 2 weeks, a 1.5 pound loss overall. Finally seeing a little bit of a loss this week!
Planning things out and making an effort to include more speed foods in my meals is the way forwards, and avoiding the office snacks that have crept back in!!! damn holiday season…(JK I love Christmas).
I’ve started going to the gym again, keeping this up will hopefully boost my weight loss this week and launch me into a good streak in the run up to Christmas. Not long to go now…
