Friday was a day for crappy food, so I wasn’t expecting to loose. Went for lunch with some of the girls in my team and chose to eat with them. Alongside a couple of not so good days, things were not in my favour.
Did Parkrun again this week, got a new PB! I ran for a small amount of it, and I felt I was walking faster too. I’m a bit nervous about next week as I’ll be going to a new parkrun on my own, but at the same time looking forward to it.

Woooo! I knew this week wood be good. I had a good feeling about it. I am a little bit gutted to not have lost the 7 pounds I was hoping for before Ben Nevis… But at least I’ve lost a little bit, right?
The rest of this week I am all about eating in moderation and not going crazy. Especially given that I can’t exercise because I’ve twisted my ankle. Again. Right before going to Scotland. I am so annoyed about this, you have no idea! I’m hoping it wil be ok by next week, but I’ve got a feeling I’ll be needing my ankle support… 😦 such a clutz! I was literally just walking and my ankle went over. Ugh.
Next week I’ll be in Scotland, so no weigh in then. But next week ill be back for my wednesday weigh in 🙂
